Glenda L. Almonte-Morales, LCSW, is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30+ years of experience working in Western Ma. with family and community engagement approaches in Education and Behavioral Health. Her passion for this work began at an young age, becoming a volunteer in her faith-based organization promoting education, engagement and advocacy. That’s when she developed love for people and career goals that led to her pursuit of social work degree.

Glenda has worked in the Education field for 10 years, as a Family Engagement Coordinator, and Family Literacy Supervisor where she facilitated, coordinated different engagement models from home visiting literacy program for young children and parents, developed a parent volunteer group model, collaborated with community partners, coordinated family engagement nights, and facilitated parent education groups.  She is currently working as a Clinical Case Manager in a hospital’s Behavioral Health program and continues to engage with children and families by facilitating and providing tools to support individuals and families.

Glenda’s commitment to not only continue learning from human connections but is also reflected in her years of active involvement in the field of social work field with empowerment and justice. Glenda is a promoter of healthy Spirit, Mind and Body, a holistic approach with empathy, advocacy and leadership.
