Karen joined Families First in September 2018. Before joining Families First, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Social Development and Education, where she evaluated a school-based Special Olympics program dedicated to promoting social inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities.
As the Evaluation & Database Manager, Karen manages Families First’s day-to-day evaluation efforts and program database. Karen hopes to use evaluation and data to streamline processes, inform continuous improvement, and demonstrate the impact of Families First’s programs.
Karen holds a B.A. in Psychology from Denison University and an M.A. in Educational Psychology from Ball State University.
